We use only the highest quality materials (including premium Douglas fir, pine, and spruce) and a unique 192-bolt pattern, the most of any major mat manufacturer. Additionally, Vortex mats are assembled under both horizontal and vertical compression for maximum strength and durability. Vortex swamp mats are engineered to resist diamonding, warping, and structural failures even in the most demanding environments.
Vortex swamp mats also feature true gapless cores and tops, maximizing shear strength and load capacity while virtually eliminating contaminant intrusion.
